Paintings > Oregon Wineries

Del Rio is very impressive in that they have extensive and beautifully kept vineyards which form patterns on the hillsides. The tasting room is pictured in the painting, but there are other buildings as well and a picnic area under a grove of trees.

The building that houses the tasting room was at one time the Rock Point Hotel which
opened in 1865. One of the first telegraph stations in the area was established in the hotel. It was also used as a stage stop.

A lovely Southern Oregon vineyard and Tasting room.
